Refund & Returns Policy

At Montee, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items that are damaged, worn, or altered will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the status.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • If you need a different size, contact us and we’ll help you out.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Sale items or discounted products are not eligible for refunds.
  • Gift cards cannot be refunded.

Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days with photos and we’ll sort it ASAP (refund or replacement).
