At Montee, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
- We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Items that are damaged, worn, or altered will not be accepted.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the status.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- If you need a different size, contact us and we’ll help you out.
Non-Refundable Items
- Sale items or discounted products are not eligible for refunds.
- Gift cards cannot be refunded.
Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days with photos and we’ll sort it ASAP (refund or replacement).
